Citizens Affairs Unit – College of Education for Women About the Unit: Objectives of the Citizens Affairs Unit: 1. Strengthening trust between citizens and the College of Education for Women. 2. Representing the college and the Dean in matters related to citizens. 3. Providing the best services to visitors efficiently and promptly. 4. Ensuring direct and continuous communication with relevant authorities to facilitate requests. 5. Reflecting a civilized image in the academic community and reinforcing the concept of institutional governance. Responsibilities of the Citizens Affairs Unit: 1. Receiving visitors, listening to their inquiries and complaints, and referring their requests to the Dean for appropriate action. 2. Receiving requests via the unit’s official email and forwarding them to the relevant departments within the college. 3. Organizing and directly overseeing meetings with the Dean. 4. Coordinating with academic departments, divisions, and administrative units regarding submitted requests. 5. Informing citizens of the actions taken concerning their requests via email or phone. 6. Preparing periodic statistics on the number of meetings conducted by the Dean and submitting them to the relevant university authorities. 7. Raising awareness about the role of the Citizens Affairs Unit through advertisements, brochures, and seminars. 8. Utilizing available digital platforms, such as the Citizens' E-Government System, to enable citizens to track their requests directly. Request Submission Process: 1. Citizens wishing to submit requests must complete the unit’s electronic form, ensuring that all details and supporting documents are attached. 2. Once submitted, the request will be reviewed by the Dean, who will either schedule a meeting or forward it to the appropriate department for necessary action. 3. The Citizens Affairs Unit is an administrative unit that reports directly to the Dean of the College.
