The Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division is a specialized administrative unit responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance systems and mechanisms, as well as monitoring performance indicators across all academic and administrative units within the college. It evaluates programs and processes, proposes improvement plans, and ensures compliance with accreditation requirements.

The division aims to enhance the quality of educational outcomes, scientific research, and community service by improving the efficiency of academic and administrative performance. It promotes continuous improvement in alignment with local and international standards, supporting the college’s mission and strategic objectives.


Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Promoting and institutionalizing a culture of quality and academic accreditation.
  • Developing a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with the college’s strategic goals.
  • Evaluating the performance of academic programs and institutional activities.
  • Monitoring the implementation of quality assurance programs and ensuring proper application.
  • Planning and supervising self-assessment processes.
  • Analyzing evaluation results to identify strengths and weaknesses and propose improvement plans.
  • Coordinating with the central Quality Assurance Department at the university.
  • Strengthening collaboration with counterpart units in other colleges.
  • Participating in relevant conferences and scientific events.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing policies and procedures in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
  • Monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Supervising maintenance, calibration, and coding of laboratory equipment.
  • Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conducting internal audits and corrective actions.
  • Organizing training programs.
  • Supporting laboratory accreditation processes.
  • Preparing periodic reports.

2. Quality Assurance Unit
