Scientific workshop

As part of the field visits of the scientific team a workshop was conducted for the faculty members of the College of Education for Women. The workshop focused on the mechanisms for selecting scientific journals indexed in the Scopus database and the process of publishing in them.

The workshop was presented by:

The workshop aimed to familiarize researchers with all aspects of the scientific publishing process, starting from selecting the appropriate journal for their specialization to responding to reviewers' comments. It also covered the methodology of writing scientific papers according to modern approaches, corresponding with journals, and handling revisions suggested by peer reviewers.

The workshop recommended the importance of keeping pace with global scientific publishing trends and enhancing the university's research output by highlighting internationally recognized methodologies. The goal is to increase the number of published papers in reputable journals and contribute to raising the h-index of faculty members.

The event witnessed a significant turnout of professors and researchers, and a dedicated time was allocated for discussions and questions. The speakers provided comprehensive answers that enriched the dialogue.

In conclusion, attendees emphasized the importance of continuing such meetings and scientific seminars to promote academic collaboration and advance scientific research.
