As part of the annual cultural program, the College of Education for Women at the University of Anbar organized a training workshop entitled:
“Pathways of Electronic Submission for Academic Promotions.”

The workshop was delivered by:

• Prof. Dr. Khalil Mohammed Saeed
• Prof. Dr. Ashwaq Taleb

The workshop aimed to familiarize the teaching staff with the mechanism of electronic submission for academic promotions and to clarify the procedures in accordance with the latest ministerial instructions, while highlighting the key technical and administrative considerations to be observed when submitting promotion applications through the electronic system.

The workshop also included a practical demonstration of the submission process, starting from entering data, uploading the required documents, and following up the status of the application online. In addition, the presenters responded to the questions and inquiries of the participating faculty members.

The event witnessed remarkable interaction from participants, who praised the efforts made in clarifying procedures and simplifying requirements, emphasizing the importance of such activities in raising administrative and academic awareness within the university.

At the conclusion of the workshop, the College’s Deanery expressed its gratitude and appreciation to the presenters and participants, noting that such workshops are part of the college’s continuous efforts to develop staff capabilities and to keep pace with new developments in higher education and scientific research.
