The College of Education for Women, in collaboration with the Student Activities Department at the University of Anbar, organized the Fourth Scout Camp for Girl Guides, with distinguished attendance from Dr. Wissam Hashem Khalil, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Labib Zoyan, Dean of the College of Physical Education, as well as directors of the Student Affairs and Student Activities Departments at the university presidency.

This fourth edition of the camp was honored by a special visit and participation from the ministerial committee, represented by Dr. Naima and Dr. Mona, who delivered insightful scouting lectures highlighting the importance of scouting in fostering a sense of belonging and responsibility.

Twelve colleges from the university took part in the camp, which is considered an annual tradition aimed at enhancing cooperation and leadership skills among students, promoting teamwork, and providing an interactive environment that balances education and recreation.

The camp featured a variety of activities, including sports and cultural events, as well as discussion sessions that addressed the role of women in society and the significance of volunteer work.

Professors and organizers praised the active participation of the students, emphasizing that such initiatives contribute to personal development, confidence building, and the reinforcement of positive values such as cooperation and responsibility.

It is worth noting that the University of Anbar continuously supports this scouting camp as part of its commitment to fostering a comprehensive educational environment that integrates academic learning with extracurricular activities, aiming to prepare a conscious and responsible generation capable of overcoming future challenges.
