Within the framework of developing educational staff and enhancing the level of educational performance, a training course entitled:
“Sustainable Professional Development for Teachers in Light of Modern Educational Trends” was organized as part of joint cooperation between the Anbar Directorate of Education and the Deanship of the College of Education for Women at the University of Anbar.

The course addressed the importance of continuous professional development for teachers and its role in improving the quality of education by keeping pace with modern educational trends and applying them in the classroom environment, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the educational process.

The course also focused on strategies for teachers’ self-development and modern teaching methods that support creative thinking and activate the learner’s role in the educational process.

Both organizing parties emphasized the importance of continuing to hold such courses due to their positive impact on building the capacities of educational staff and developing professional performance in line with the requirements of modern education.

At the conclusion of the course, participants expressed their appreciation for the efforts made in organizing it, affirming their commitment to applying the concepts and recommendations presented in their educational practice.
