Announcement: The College of Education for Women Opens Reinstatement Applications for Postgraduate Students with Terminated Enrollment

The College of Education for Women / University of Anbar Announces the Start of Receiving Reinstatement Requests for Postgraduate Students with Terminated Enrollment

In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Directorate of Research and Development, and in line with the applicable regulations and guidelines, the College of Education for Women at the University of Anbar announces the start of receiving reinstatement requests for postgraduate students (females) whose enrollment was previously terminated.

This decision applies to students whose enrollment was terminated due to:

  • Absence
  • Or failure during the preparatory (first) year

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • The number of failed years must not exceed the allowed limit
  • The request for reinstatement must fall within the official timeframe specified by the Ministry of Higher Education
  • There must be no legal or administrative obstacles preventing reinstatement
  • Re-enrollment will be processed through the self-funded (special tuition) channel

Required Documents:

  • University and administrative admission orders
  • Orders of initial enrollment and termination of studies
  • A letter of non-objection for employees or non-conflict confirmation for contracted staff

We invite all eligible students to visit the college as soon as possible and submit their requests along with the required documents to facilitate the reinstatement process.
