The public defense of the Master’s thesis submitted by Shams Hisham Wahabi Al-Obaidi, a student in the Department of Life Sciences / College of Education for Women / University of Anbar, was held for her thesis entitled:
“The Effect of the Amino Acid BABA on Incretin Hormones in Rats.”
The thesis aimed to investigate the effect of the amino acid (BABA) on the regulation of incretin hormones in rats and to analyze the associated physiological changes, contributing to a broader scientific understanding of the role of bioactive compounds in influencing hormonal pathways and metabolic functions. The research included precise laboratory experiments to evaluate biological responses, measure relevant indicators, and correlate the findings with contemporary scientific interpretations in the field of biotechnology.

The committee commended the scientific effort exerted and emphasized the importance of the topic in supporting the advancement of research in the field of Biology Sciences.
