
Scientific Participation
members from the Department of Arabic at the College of Education for Women participated in the First London International Conference on Social and Human Sciences, which witnessed wide participation from researchers and academics representing various universities around the world.
The college's participation was initiated by a distinguished research presentation delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Qasim Masha'an Ruhaibi, titled:
"The Effect of Vowels on the Semantic Employment of Morphological Forms."
In his study, Dr. Ruhaibi analyzed the relationship between phonology and semantic structure in language, focusing on how vowels influence meaning formation and direction within the text.
Additionally, Dr. Elham Abdul Kareem Yaqoub participated with a joint research paper alongside Asst. Lecturer Enas Hameed Nada and Dr. Hiba Khalid Qaddouri, entitled:
"The Hidden Harmony Between Voice Tones and Shades of Meaning: Exploring the Realms of Deep Critical Analysis."
This study focused on the interaction between sound and meaning in literary texts, employing tools of critical analysis to uncover the artistic and symbolic depth of language.
These contributions reflect the college’s dedication to strengthening its academic and research presence and encouraging faculty members to actively engage in international conferences.
