The First International Conference on Plant Sciences for Promoting Sustainable Development
Under the esteemed patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abdul Yasser Al-Aboudi,
and under the supervision of the President of the University of Anbar, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Nadaa,
the College of Education for Pure Sciences, in collaboration with the College of Education for Women, held its first international conference on plant sciences, under the theme:
"Plant Sciences and Their Role in Sustainable Development"
The conference aims to highlight the importance of plant sciences in supporting the goals of sustainable development, to promote research efforts in environmental and agricultural fields, and to open new horizons for academic and scientific cooperation between educational and research institutions.
The conference included various scientific sessions that featured the presentation of research papers covering multiple themes in the field of plant sciences, all within a fruitful academic environment that enhances the trajectory of scientific research and supports development efforts in Iraq.
