Scientific Participation
Prof. Dr. Khalil Mohammed Saeed and Asst. Prof. Dr. Qasim Mushaan Ruhaibi, faculty members in the Department of Arabic Language – College of Education for Women / University of Anbar, participated as members of the examination committee for the Ph.D. dissertation submitted by the student Yasser Thabit Youssef at the College of Arts – University of Anbar. His dissertation is entitled:
"Bughiyat al-Arib fi Tawshih Masil Mughani al-Labib by Abu Hafs Omar bin Abdullah al-Fassi (d. 1188 AH) from the Beginning of the Book to the Letter N – Study and Editing."
The defense was conducted in an atmosphere of academic rigor, characterized by objectivity and precision in addressing the core elements of the dissertation, which aimed to edit and analyze a significant classical grammatical text using a systematic and scholarly approach.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Qasim Mushaan Ruhaibi participated as a committee member, while Prof. Dr. Khalil Mohammed Saeed served both as the academic supervisor and a member of the committee.
