Higher Degrees
The public defense of the Master’s thesis submitted by student Shadan Khalaf Diyab Ahmed Al-Halbusi was held in the Department of Qur’anic Sciences and Islamic Education / College of Education for Women / University of Anbar. Her thesis is entitled:
“The Rulings of Incidents Preventing a Mukallaf from Fulfilling Their Duties Toward the Muslim Community in Light of the Holy Qur’an and the Prophetic Sunnah.”
The examination committee consisted of the following members:
Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Bandar Ali – Chair
Prof. Dr. Mukhlis Salman Dawood – Member
Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Saleh – Member
Prof. Dr. Sadiq Khalaf Ayoub – Member and Supervisor
Following an in-depth and rigorous discussion by the committee members, the thesis was accepted, and the student was awarded a Master’s degree with a “Pass”
