Higher Degrees
The public defense of master’s student Asmaa Adnan Ahmed Raheem Al-Mutairi was held in the Department of History at the College of Education for Women, University of Anbar, for her thesis entitled:
"The Intercessions of Abbasid Court Women and Their Impact on the Politics of the Abbasid Caliphate 132–656 AH / 750–1258 AD."
The examination committee consisted of:
Prof. Dr. Zaben Khalaf Nawaf – Chair
Prof. Dr. Mohammed Kareem Mohammed – Member
Asst. Prof. Dr. Ismail Mujbil Hamid – Member
Asst. Prof. Dr. Siham Jameel Jassim – Member and Supervisor
After an in-depth discussion of the thesis by the committee members, the thesis was accepted with a Pass grade.
